the whole line thing is in, it came that way, but like when i go to reel it in, the string just spins and builds up and it isnt being reeled in. what do i do? i tried looking it up online and i cant find anything specific

Whats a good pole that can:
Not too big reel
Good for red fish
Good for mangrove snapper
Good for yellow tail
Sturdy enough for sharks, reef mainly.
For under USD $50.00
Thanks.

I have $50 to spend on new fishing pole. I would a Bass rod to go with an open face fishing reel. What do you suggest? Size, make, and model.

I have had some experience fishing. I want to do some pier fishing, some on-the-beach fishing and maybe some boat fishing. What rod/reel combo should i get and how much is it? (Money is not an issue)

I was going fishing this weekend and i borrowed my friends pole(he doesn’t like fishing because it”hurts the fish”. So i got his fishing pole but it won’t fit in my car because it to long. It’s obviously a collapsible pole but after years of neglect the two pieces will not separate. I am pretty sure that the body is fiderglass. What is the best way to collapse it without breaking the pole?

I am in need of a new pole, but I don’t know what kind to get. I prefer to fish for crapie, but sometime bass as well. I either fish off the bank or on the water. Any help is appreciated.

My line snapped and I have none left on my reel. I have absolutely no idea how to put more line on. I just have a cheap wal-mart fishing pole, but I still really would like to know.

Can it be taken as a carry-on if the hooks, line and reel are removed? Or does is need to be packed in a rigid tube as checked baggage?

What is the best salt water fishing pole?
