I am about to fish a tournament, so I don’t have time to get this reel fixed professionally. The problem is that the bail wire keeps snapping out of the hole on the side the line runs through. If nothing else, is it safe to superglue it back in?

well im a beginner, and my brother wants to learn how to fish! well i we got him a fishing rod with hooks and bait and stuff, but i cant reel that line back in? i searched it up on yahoo answers, and there was something, but it was confusing! can you give me an answer on why my fishing rod wont reel in? and how to make it reel in? thanx!

when i set up my rod and pull the line,the handle turns in reverse,i have the lock engaged but it only seems to work when the rod is vertical,have you ever had this problem?its a brand new reel,a zebco trout 330!

After applying wd-40 to my fishing reel it started to make noise….it sounds like the ball berrying are grinding or something similar and it only happens when i turn the handle forward, it becomes perfectly normal when i turn it backward. What should i do please help. Its a silstar fishing rod.
