I have known this guy for a few months and he works where i work. I am attracted to him and i think he feels the same because of the eye contact we have. We have laughed and chatted quite a few times but the other day he came over to my desk and was chatting to me, asked me if i like fishing? i said no! He then started to make signals with hands like he was winding a fishing reel and said to me … i’m going to reel you in, smiled at me and walked away! Please can someone tell me what he meant by that. I know that he talks about me to friends of mine saying nice things about me and when we do see each other he makes a point of touching me on the arm or shoulder now and again when chatting with me but i would just like to be sure.

Today, me and my dad went fishing for carp the first time.
My dad lost 3, i lost 1. They are huge, and i don’t believe it i actually got one on the line that easily. Were gonna go again tomorrow, whats the some stuff we should pickup better. The carp usally gets stuck in the freakin’ weeds or something. How much LB line should we use?
Please help me catch a sucessfully carp. Thanks! :]

I dont have very much money but I still really want to learn how to fly fish. I am thinking about buying the Martin Fly Fishing Rod & Reel Combo - 8′ Rod for $38. Is this a good rod and reel combo for a beginner or is harder to use because its so cheap.
What other inexpensive combos would you recommend for a beginner fly fisherman?
