Hi, I am a bit confused as to the difference between front drag and rear drag on reels and for what type of fishing each is suitable/best for. Also I have been told for float fishing a closed face reel is best but I haven’t seen many people using them, is this true and if so why? Many thanks in advance.

My grandfather past away just about a week ago. His funeral is coming up in about a couple of weeks. One of his passions were deep sea fishing off of his boat. Instead of the traditional floral bouquets, I wanted to do one as a fishing theme with some flowers. Maybe a small boat along with a fishing rod and reel or maybe with some crafted fishes on it. Please let me know on any great ideas as the funeral is in a couple of weeks.

How exactly does this thing work? I just purchased a fishing pole. Will it work if I go to any river?

The main things I love about Reel Big Fish are that the use the Trombone and Trumpet as their two of their main instruments, not just background and that they are just a lot of fun to listen to. What other bands are like that?
